Coaching Excellence

MultiSportCoaching was established in 1993, and the coaches are registered as Level I and Level II national coaches. The Coaches also have more than 33 years of High Level experience in their sports.


Both Head and Assistant Coaches have represented their countries on an international level, and been national champions in Triathlon, Duathlon and Cycling.

We have used Heart Rate based training since 1992.


Training programs are designed with zones calculated on MaxHR and %THR for use with TSS

Power & Pace based training

Training programs are now available using Power and Pace zones.

The best results are achieved with a long term approach. 

A base period is essential to prepare you for the demands of build phase, the build phase gets you strong and fit for your target race. The longer your Base period, the more you can handle in the build, the better you will perform in the race.
