Why should you have a coach?

A coach will help you develop your their full potential. Coaches  are responsible for training each athletes in their chosen sport by analysing their race performances and test data, as well as developing the relevant skills to accelerate improvement.


Basically, your coach is there to create the right conditions for learning and improvement to happen 

What does a coach do?

1: periodise your training - prescribing the correct type of training at the right times
2: give you feedback - to you keep improving and growing as an athlete
3: adapt the program - changing the programs to suit your lifestyle and rate of improvement
4: make you accountable - someone to crack the whip when your motivation wanes
5: create a structure - prescribing the correct frequency and maintaining consistency of  training sessions
