How do you start?

Upon commencement of our training contract, we will do a full evaluation of your training history, you will go through a battery of assessments, you will state your goals.

In the first week you will be asked to complete a series of field tests so that we can calculate your training zones and also understand your “limiters”.

During the second week we will:

Plot your goals for the season.Identify your A, B and C-priority races.

Correctly schedule the intensity and volume for each phase of  your training plan.Base, Build, Peak and Recovery phases.

Evaluate progress and adapt your program

After each training block has been completed, evaluate your rate of improvement and adapt the program based on your progress.Your program changes at the rate that your body adapts.
